Complex Nanny: If you decide to hire Property Nanny to manage your complex all of the co-owners should agree on that. In case only some of the owners prefer to use our services, the rest of the owners should give permission to Property Nanny’s personnel to enter the complex.
Gardening Nanny: We do not take responsibilities for any damage caused to the plants due to the following reasons: bad quality of the seeds; unprofessional care up to the moment; bad weather conditions; damages caused by the tenants. Also, have in mind that having a grass in the garden requires a special irrigation system.Property Nanny may get your garden rid of pests but we cannot give a guarantee due to the risk of pests, coming from the nearby gardens.
Bill & Mail Nanny: The amount of money in your bank account should be enough to cover the payments Property Nanny is going to do on your behalf. Therefore we will require a positive amount of at least €300.00 to be kept in it. Property Nanny will inform you accordingly if the bank account is to be debited. In order to do the payments on your behalf a representative of Property Nanny has to be authorized by you to operate with the account. Therefore we will require a power of attorney signed by you. That involves an additional payment for the notary fee and a legalized translator at a total cost of about €10.00. The bank account will be set up in First Investment Bank (with the assistance of a Property Nanny representative if required).
If you prefer to receive your mail by fax or e-mail, it will have to be opened by a representative of Property Nanny.
Cleaning Nanny: Property Nanny bears no responsibility in cases of theft of client’s belongings except when proved by the local Police that it has been committed by employees of Property Nanny. Property Nanny undertakes to provide full assistance to the authorities for successful disclosure of the crime.Pick-me-up Nanny: If you decide to use our pick-me-up service, please inform us at least 3 days beforehand, so that we may arrange an available car for you.
Company Nanny: The amount of money in the company’s bank account should be enough to cover the payments Property Nanny is going to do on your behalf. Therefore we will require a positive amount of at least €300.00 to be kept in it. Property Nanny will inform you accordingly if the bank account is to be debited. In order to perform all listed services an employee of Property Nanny has to be authorized by you to represent your company and operate with its bank account. That involves an additional payment for the notary fee and a legalized translator at a total cost of about €10.00. If you require the utility files of other properties to be transferred under your company’s name, the additional charge will be €50.00 plus €0.15 per km (transportation costs) for each estate. The amounts of the local fees and taxes are individual and depend on the property’s tax evaluation.Guardian Nanny: We cannot be sure if there is a security coverage at any spot, so we shall do a research and inform you if that is possible. If there is no option to install a security system, we will try to find a 24 hour guard, but have in mind that accommodation for him will be required.
Building Inspections Nanny: Property Nanny wants to inform you that we may send an engineer to do that inspection only in case that the builder agrees to that. We would also like to inform you that if we execute the service, a copy of the technical report will be given to the builder. However it is only advisory and the builder is not obliged to stick to it.Septic Tank Nanny: The price for emptying the septic tank depends on the size and the condition of the tank. For distances further than 50km. there is an additional fee of €0.15 per km.You can use our Septic Tank Nanny for free when you have an annually signed contract with Property Nanny for any two of the three services- Pool Nanny, Gardening Nanny and Nanny Visits.Pest Control Nanny: If contracted annually you will have a guarantee if your home is secured against pest (with no holes on the walls or infected domestic animals). If there is some pest immediate actions will be taken free of charge. If not contracted and used once the service does not give a guarantee and also have in mind that pests may enter your home from the nearby properties.
Rent-a-car Nanny: The requirements to rent a car are:- a valid passport, a valid International or Bulgarian driving license, at least age of 25, at least 3 years driving experience.

The car is rented with full tank and has to be returned with full tank .If you require a delivery on a specified place or in a holiday day, you have to pay a one-time delivery fee, depending on the place and time.
